All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method.

Express Shipping starts from £4.99

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Nehrai is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported as not received will be investigated before any resolution is offered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
