At Nehrai, hygiene and product integrity are extremely important to us. Due to the nature of grooming and personal care products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any Nehrai products. This applies to all items, whether opened or unopened.

This is for hygiene and safety reasons and to ensure every customer receives a brand new, untouched product.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a faulty product
• You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a refund, please email support@nehrai.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem

If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Results not meeting personal expectations

Hair and beard results vary from person to person based on hair type, routine, and consistency of use.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us first. We will work with the courier to investigate before any refund decision is made.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Nehrai is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
